Dr. Tasha Arneson is a licensed psychologist, licensed marriage and family therapist, certified addiction counselor and a credentialed school psychologist and counselor who has been training and consulting for over 30 years. Dr. Arneson has worked with a variety of agencies to implement effective programs and strategies to reduce incarcerations, hospitalizations, restrictive placements, and the need for hands on, intrusive interventions. The primary mission is to help agencies work smarter rather than harder by building proactive programming and systems of care. Having worked in most of the continuum of cares, from wrap around teams to juvenile hall, Dr. Arneson is able to make trainings relevant and specific to the setting whether it be parents, probation, education or youth.  She is a down to earth, hand on dynamic speaker who lectures around the country to bring awareness to inequity, mental health, trauma and the need for collaboration and interagency dialogue and partnerships. Dr. Arneson believes by understanding diversity, the brain, trauma, and the hand that was dealt, teaching to skill deficits and proactively implementing evidence-based strategies, agencies can successfully treat folks in the least restrictive environment.  Schedule for keynote or training big or small, you will remember it and not be disappointed!
