TRAUMA INFORMED CARE IN SCHOOLS

One in four students are impacted by trauma which can affect learning, behavior and connectedness.  Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES), the impact on the brain and development and effective strategies will be covered. Staff will leave prepared to recognize and respond to those who have been impacted by traumatic stress.
