BUILDING A VILLAGE OF SUPPORT

This course will provide history and outcomes of interventions from restrictive to latest mandates around the least restrictive environment. Continuum of Care Reform (CCR) and how it has impacted strategies and services will be discussed along with community resources, inter-agency formats and collaboration. Participants will learn how to proactively build a village of support in the community to reduce incarceration and restrictive placements and interventions at home and in the community.
